RETURNS POLICY

Because Sometimes Stuff Happens (and We’re Not Monsters)

We don’t mass-produce rubbish — every item at Cucumber Dog is made to order, printed just for you. That means fewer returns, less waste, and no sad mugs sitting in a warehouse. But if something goes wrong, we’ve got your back.


 Can I Return Something?

If your item turns up broken, misprinted, or looking like it’s been chewed by an angry postman — yes, absolutely. We’ll fix it, replace it, or refund it.

Just email us at woof@cucumberdog.com within 14 days of delivery, and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage/problem
  • A short explanation (bonus points for humour)

 What We Don’t Accept Returns For

Since everything is printed to order, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Changing your mind
  • Ordering the wrong size or colour
  • Not realising the mug says “twat” (seriously?)

So double-check your choices before checkout, yeah?


 Refunds

Once we’ve approved your return, we’ll either:

  • Refund your original payment
  • Send a shiny replacement
  • Or offer store credit — your choice

Refunds usually show up within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank and how annoying they are.


 Do I Need to Send It Back?

For most damaged or misprinted items — nope! We’ll usually just ask for a photo. No need to faff about with the post office unless we specifically request the item back.
