Where do you ship?
We currently fulfill and dispatch orders exclusively to the United States and Canada. If you reside outside of these territories, we cannot process your transaction at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders exceeding $60. For orders below this threshold, standard carrier rates apply at checkout. There are no hidden fees.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We operate a strict print on demand framework. Your item does not exist until you purchase it. Expect 2 to 5 business days for production, plus an additional 2 to 4 business days for transit. Total estimated delivery is 6 to 13 business days. However Orders Often arrive before this.
Returns and Operational Failures
I changed my mind. Can I return my item?
No. Because your item is a bespoke product printed specifically for you, we strictly reject returns based on human error, buyer's remorse, or ordering the incorrect size. Make your purchasing decisions carefully.
My item arrived broken. What is the protocol?
If the postal network has compromised your delivery, email clear photographic evidence of the damage to woof@cucumberdog.com within 14 days. We will authorise an immediate replacement. Do not mail a box of broken ceramic back to our headquarters.
Product and Manufacturing
Are your products suitable for the workplace?
That depends entirely on your professional environment and your desire to remain employed. Every product features a 0 to 5 Offensiveness Rating. Consult the official corporate mandate before wearing a 4/5 hoodie to a strategy meeting.
Do you sell floor mats or bath mats?
No. Sir Cucumber Dog has officially retired the floor mat collection. Our catalogue is strictly focused on premium heavyweight apparel, ceramic drinkware, and accessories.

Jason is the human employee stationed at our Southampton headquarters. Grounded by severe osteoarthritis, he handles the digital logistics, processes replacements, and answers your emails so the pug can remain undisturbed.
