Our American colleagues across the pond must formally order one size up to adequately accommodate the US market. When will I receive my order?
Patience is a virtue we know exhausted parents severely lack. Your child's new organic uniform is printed specifically for you upon order. Production takes roughly 2 to 5 business days. Once the garment is freshly printed and shipped, we will provide a tracking link so you can monitor its arrival. Standard shipping within the UK and the US remains completely free.
What is your return policy?
As every single item is a bespoke asset printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a sudden change of heart, a toddler's shifting fashion preferences, or parental sizing errors. Read the size guide. However, if the garment arrives misprinted, faulty, or damaged by the courier, please contact our support team immediately with a clear photograph. We will rectify the manufacturing error swiftly.
How do I wash and care for this item?
